.mpg play on mouse over?

Could someone help me? I'm trying to get a .mpg to play when someone mouses over a link on my page. I've been told its possible, I just dont know how :)

probably could happen, but unless the mpg is pre-loaded (and they are HUGE files) it won't happen in a timely manner. Better to just put it on the page as a downloadable link.

they're small .mpgs, and i'm going to have a pre-loader and this will only be on my "Cable/ISDN+" site :)

So could someone help me on how to do this? :)
