I have signed up with NetZero Platinum service, $9.95 a month for unlimited internet access, so far I'm happy with the service, actually better connect speed than I was gedtting with Earthlink.

But NetZero places a toolbar on the screen that I can not get rid of in any conventional way. Its always displayed, you can't move it off screen or put anything over it. Does anybody know of a method to get rid of this toolbar?

Yes I do, my system is even setup like that, I'll give it a try and see how it works, thanks for the suggestion.

BTW...I use my firewall to block the ZeroPort connection.

If netzero hasnt fixed this, you can do the following:

Go into the netzero directory, and find a file called "jpeg.dll" Open it with wordpad, delete everything inside the file, and save. The zeroport should be gone.

I use zonealarm as well. I love the @Home service. Except when they are down.

I use ZoneAlarm Pro. It is the best personal firewall, in my opinion.
