I would tend to trust addr.com, their opperation seems better put together, and the people that I worked with from there were more organized than ost during the run of their campaign a while ago. Haben't heard anything negative about them through the grapevine either (bad news usually travels pretty fast).

Addr seems faster but php seems more flexible.
