Your site takes quite a while to load.

Then I would suggest getting rid of the popup window - it may be a good source of revune but one that big just annoys visitors.

Your grapics are good and you have a nice colour scheme.

There is plenty of content, but I would consider filling your two side columns more, as they are almost empty.

I think the site looks great but I reckon the index page is too long. It might be an idea to enhance the categories as your home page and move the featured free articles, weekly archives etc to a seperate page. I agree about the pop up box, I find them to be THE most annoying features on web sites and I NEVER read them, I close them straight away.

Apart from that I reckon you're on a winner.

I agree with Dave, it was extremely slow to load for me too. Find out why it is taking so long to load and do something about it or you will lose a lot of visitors who are too impatient to wait. It may be to do with image sizes or something else that can be easily fixed, but unfortunately you have used a no-right-click script so I can't tell.

On the positive side, I really like the color scheme and the overall look of the site. It's nice and bright with good quality images. There is a lot of good content too. Well done. ;)

I opened the page and went back to it later on so I didn't initially see how slow it was!

It is way too slow and I reckon a lot of people will not wait around for it to be honest. Also, I get a runtime error when the page does finally appear. It might be a problem with your pop-up box.

I still think it looks great though ;)

I'm just in agreement with everyone else. It took forever to load with a T3. What it would be like with a modem I can't imagine. It did look good and yes, the pop-up is very annoying. Annoying enough so it will cut down on repeat visitore at least somewhat.

All I have to add, is that I seriously hate the function of disabling the right-click.
There are plenty of ways to go round this in order to copy content, so it's not really a security measure against people leeching from your site anyway. (it doesn't apply to Netscape for example)

Goldilocks if you wanna view the source, you just click it from the View menu at the top, then type in the address used in the frame, then view source again.
