website fade in??

Hey peeps im new to this so bear with me but i was wondering if anyone new how a certain website worked when you clicked on it? I wasnted to know if was script or a prgram that runs in the browser when you open the link. Please help the webpage is

What you witnessed wass an example of Page Transitions.
Unfortunately, they will only work in I.E. :supereek:
but if you are still interested check out this site (http://www.pageresource.com/dhtml/jtut2.htm).
It should tell you all you need to know.
