I'm not sure if you guys already know about this one. In case you don't, 50Megs just turned into 12Megs. No, not the web title, just the space. Instead of offering 50Megs, they have change it to 12Megs. This is only applicable to new users who sign-up but if you are an old user you will still have the 50Megs limit. Spencer also reduces the upload file size. So far this is the best free web host I've found.
