Hiya,

Iv build a menu with photoshop 6, its a kewl menu, sort of a tv looking menu, with buttons under it above it and left and right of it, now when a button is pressed i want that it is loaded in the center of the tv menu, how do i do this?

By the way, is there a good way for opening photoshop files in flash 5?

you'll have to import the files into flash to work with them.

as for opening what you want inside the tv screen, are you creating this in flash or html?

wwell, i think i could import the frame made in photoshop into flash, but i also want to load movies into the middleframe, well, its all work in progress anyway, so i think i better come with some more specific questios when i need to know them.

By the way, does anyone knows a way of importing and slicing mpegs and movs into flash?

Thats what i wanna do...

you dont want to import a mgp into flash, because flash works with vector graphics... not full motion video. Yes, you can import a .mpg, but the result will be in vector format.... waaaaaay different that what it looked like as a .mpg.

My advice: make your tv screen graphics, and embed the video inside of that using HTML.
If I have time I'll find a flash file that shows the imported full motion video. You'll be very dissapointed, trust me.
