I am an expert in JavaScript, HTML, CGI, and I also made a special uploading service that allows you to upload CGI files and EXE files to your server even if your server's sponsor does not accept CGI or EXE files. So, if you used httpCITY... they do not allow CGI and EXE files. But my program allows you to change that.. it is hosted on CNet Downloads.
