Sliding Menu

Hi there,

have a look on the website http://www.blender3d.com
There should be a nice sliding menu on the top there. I think it is done with javascript but I am not sure. I am a real newbie, so can anybody explain what I have to do. I'm nit much of a javascript guy. I usually just mingle with html,css and a bit of PHP and MySQl...
