Its OK, but do you have to use that DHTML to change the colour of the scroll bars, I don't like it.

i also know that this coloured scrollbars are good for nothing, it's kiddies thing...
i just thought that it would make no problems to users of other browsers. And it is a really small script.
Why don't change something from time to time...

If that text is just for the search engine and not for your visitors, why not make it black? As far as that scroll bar, I'd suggest making it that pale yellow color that you have inside your content tables as opposed to the bright yellow. BTW, welcome to the forums :)

It's true, some search engines are advanced enough to figure this out, however if you use a black background instead of using HTML to color the background, you can still hide the text from your viewers eyeballs. Make the image 1x1 pixel so it loads quickly. You will also have to replace the rest of your color tables with images when you do this.
