i have an idea for a cool contest. i don't know if anyone wants to use it, but feel free to. you would have to make a website but you can't use graphics and it has to be under a certain size. i think that it could lead to some neat stuff. feel free to try it out if you want.

no graphics, just CSS? Yeah, that sounds pretty good. I'd suggest it would have to validate as HTML 4.01 or XHTML also. Although, this forum's name is graphic design & clipart... but it still sounds like a good idea for a contest.

there is just 1.1, no strict, transitional or frameset... maybe 1.0 would do, I don't think 1.1 is used widely enough...

yeah... it said website layout contest, but then i realized it was in the graphics part. can't think of anywhere else to put it. if one of the moderators moves it, that's fine.
