Thanx to the people who replied to my post about the upload page. I would really like to know if you know of any free webhosts(i'm a student and am subsiquently skint)that support perl and if you know of any sites that offer free .com adresses.

http://www.hypermart.net and http://www.f2s.com are two of the popular sites that support CGI. All of the providers of free domain names pretty much closed up shop, however you van get one for like $9 a yeas (which is just a few cents a month) at places like http://www.godaddy.com
