Which forum do I use for directory help?

Looking to get feedback/suggestions on making a directory on our site for certain link exchanges, general interest, etc. I've started it, but not quite sure how to lay it out and can't find any resources to help... but I don't know in which forum to post the question -- I don't see a category here for content layout, etc. Can you direct me to proper forum, please?
