Some Radical Changes

Welp,

Your feedback about new forum suggestions was taken seriously. I put together what I hope is going to be a more post-encouraging environment. More topics are now covered, and categories have been moved around. We'll see how it goes for a bit, hope nobody gets too lost. If you see a post out of place, please be sure to PM Kevin. He expressed a strong desire to move the posts about to their new correct locations.

Anyway, I think it was a good idea of Kevin to move the posts about - this should encourage posting in the new forums.

I agree, there is more spamming by proper members than outsiders
