I've attached a picture to mean
what parts I mean, but I think you use
a Theme to change these colors...

If so, where would I get said theme?
If not, any other (easy) way to change it?

Regards...

Right-Click on Desktop and go to "Themes" tab --> Bingo!

Or click on Appearance Tab and you can change to Silver, Olive, or old Windows look. Those come with XP and are defaults. I believe you can download themes offline.

Hmmm; any idea where to get themes?
Basicly looking for something that can
blend with the majority of wallpaper I use,
which would be a good black...

The 'More Themes Online...' option
under 'Themes' in Desktop Properties
takes me to M$'s site and wants me to pay $$$ for 'em :(

The most popular way to get and make themse for your desktop is to use StylesXP located at:

http://www.tgtsoft.com/prod_sxp.php

This will allow you to download 1,000s of free themes.
