I didnt know where else to post this but can someone show me how to setup a proxy server for free or the steps to get on one leagaly of course so i can be on one

privoxy is well documented. read the config files...or try anonamizer
or some other tool...

theres others..

basicly....you just have to set your browser to use a proxy server and piont it to the software proxy...
