I have some swap picture code in the navigation bar, that makes the writing look "clicked" on mouseover. However the first time the page loads, the picture that swaps out takes too long to load. Is there anyway to preload the pictures that will swap out whenever the page loads? The page is www.gtilubricants.com. The products page is even worse than the home page with this.

Or is the only option decreasing the picture size?

Everything between the "script" tags would go in the head portion of the document.
