Is this a breach of copyright?

It is quite blatantly a copy of the Yahoo site. What are the laws regarding this? I notice the author has put their own copyright notice at the bottom of the page when they have quite obviously copied Yahoo's design.

Yea, I'd say that it is a pretty good example of stealing script. It would probably be kind of hard for Yahoo to do anything about it, although it it possible. If they can prove that they made it, they will most likely get off clean (though they probably can't prove anything).

That's what I figured, I guess it's just one of those areas where the law is hard to enforce. Besides why would anyone want to copy a site like that when it's much more fun to create your own! ;)

I dunno, it's not that much like Yahoo's, it's obviously a complete copy site, if you look at the picture at the top left, it is an obvious imitation of www.about.com, but I don't think Yahoo could sue for copyright infringement.
