Flash for my Website

Alright,

I have absolutly NO experience with FLASH, or anything related to FLASH. Just that I've seen FLASH and know that I WANT it for my website. How do I create a Flash intro and put it on my site? Is there a web site that teaches it like Draac.com teaches HTML? I really want to add Flash to my site. My site is a resource for aggressive skaters. http://www.390skate.com

Just go to:

where you can get a 30 day free trial of the $400 dollar program. It is a great program, but gets pricy and takes time out of a guys life (as does everything else).
