replace right click menu

There are lots of sites showing how to disable right clicking, but what I want is the ability to replace it with a custom menu. I know it can be done, but the site I use which uses it, requires a login. Anyone know how to?

Just as a warning, by disabling the real context menu, the user loses a lot of features from his browser, and might get too annoyed to ever visit the site again.
