New User, Need HTML Help!

hey, im bridget, 14 year old australian female. im new to these forums as i am seeking HTML/CSS/Whatever it is help. See, i got a website layout off a site, and it is a Winzip file. I want to use this on freewebs, but i need sum1 who can make it into a html code or something 4 me so i can just copy and paste it into the HTML box and type in my blog and other pages etc can someone please help me if u can can u please PM me or post here. Thanks. You will be fully credited for your work.

all you need to do is extract the *.zip file and then upload the files to the freewebs server.
