Can Flash MX handle 24-30 fps at 720x480? I have a request for an animation with sound that will be used on TV for a commercial. I can handle the export to other software to encode for the digital commercial but I wanted to make sure Flash mx could handle such a large project.

Thanks for the info! The commercial will be around 15 seconds with lots of animation that I have to illustrate.

I assume this will need to be exported into Director to finalize?

With that in mind I have been looking at Premiere Pro since the only thing to import is the graphics and I can manage the fades, etc in one proggie without export import issues.

You can export your work in .avi or .mov format from Flash. You dont need to take it to Director. If you need to edit you can take the .avi or .mov file to Premier.

You can do you work directly in Premier if you dont need to add any Flash specific effects.
