Hey all,
I'm busy building a LotR (Lord of the Rings) website and I'd like to have a place where staff members can login and post news to our news page. I know this requires CGI and I've been looking at Message Forums and guestbooks and how they work. I really am drowning in CGI and need help. Please, I appeal to anyone who can help!:(
Have you searched this forum (button at top of page), or searched on Google for any answers first?

The real problem is: I don't know any CGI/perl scripts. If I did, I'd be able to do the stuff. Maybe I don't know what I'm looking for? If any of you know where you can download CGI/Perl etc. scripts please tell me!
Thanks for replying Giz :)

CGI is not a language. Therefore, you cannot learn it.
I'd go with PHP.

You could also have mentioned that Perl is one.
