Seeking a webmaster

Im seeking a webmaster (partner) who can
help me with one of my sites. I have
one site that is a teen-idol site, which
includes movie/music/tv-show idols.
(other site is pc-games).

I'd perfer someone who has:
1. Good Knowledge of HTML (basic is ok)
2. some graphic design experience
3. Knowledge of ftp.
# helpful would also be knowledge
of cgi and/or php, and able to help
out with promotional ideas.

This does not pay, im looking for someone
who will help for free. please let me know

Well.. I can not offer much, thats why
I ask for someone who would help for
free, it does not pay any money, I would
how ever be willing to buy a domain for
2 years for someone if they choose
or I could place there banner on my site.
