I've got some hierarchial menus at my site: http://www.4squarechurch.org that work allright, but I can't figure out how to make the bar go all the way across the page. Anyone have any suggestions. I've spent a lot of time trying to find such a setting, etc. but haven't found any. I want it to look basically like (as far as the width goes) the bar does at: http://www.foursquare.org

P.S. When adjusting the width settings, it just expands each individual box's width instead of the bar behind them.

I know this is a workaround, but did you try to just hardcode a bar at the top of the page, same heigth/ color? That may do the trick.
