Coolmenus ver.4 Problem...Help please

In the past I used a version of coolmenus horizontal drop down menus. Recently they do not work with IE6, hence I had to upgrade to coolmenus4. After hours of editing the script to do what I needed it to do, I've come to 2 stumbling blocks.
1. it will not accept mailto: link in leu of http: addressing.

2. The menu hovers, scrolling down along with the page. I would like it to remain up top where I placed it.

The second issue is a greater concern to myself.

Following is the js code. If anyone can assist with adding something to it or editing it to remain fixed, I would greatly appreciate it. See next two threads.

As well, if there is another menu out there that offers a fixed horizontal drop down menu with sub capabilities that I can edit, I am more open to suggestions.
