Loading external text file into textfield

Hi,

I need help, i am designing my site and i want to create a News field.

I want to update by site and put content into my news subject without having to go into the HTML code.

I know that there is a way of uploading .tx doc into textfield on your site, and when you change the content on the .tx doc and upload again onto your site it updates the fextfield.

Please help me,

external javascript file
serverside includes
iframes

I have looked in the message and to be honest it is all confusing....... specially when they introducted serverside and PHP. i am very new to this but i know when i get my head around it then i will be fine.....i have posted another message to try and under better.....if you could help me then i would appreciate it.
