You need to bring back the ability to upload mpg files. If there is abuse of these types of files then kick them off of the system. Do not punish the people who follow the rules and depent on your system.

Hi Zpalffy,

As I mentioned previously, abuse of this file type has been too wide spread each time we have allowed it. Not only has it brought the server to a crawl time and time again, but it quickly racked up in excess of 50 gig a day of our bandwidth. It is not practical to monitor 30,000 members to find the abusers, so unfortunately this file type can not be allowed on httpcity until we launch our fee service (as members who pay a small fee are less likely to abuse a service).
