Could someone please help me with a menu? I'd like to use the menu that http://www.patagonia.com/ uses and I'm quite sure that I've seen it somewhere else. I'm not sure where though. :( I've tried looking at the source and since JS is like German to me, I have no idea lol :( :)
Would appreciate very much if someone can help me create a menu like that, or point me to some place where I can download the 'basic code' for that script.

that is actually the same menu system as that on microsofts site. i know there are some sites that have a code worked around so it's legal, and the menu displays horizontal. if you try hacking the ms site for the script, dont forget to change the ms naming vlaues everywhere in the code and remember to remove the OnMouseOut from so the menu continues to display while searching elsewhere on the page.
i'll search around for that link

Appreciate it, Pixel :)
I know Bratta.com has a almost similar dhtml scripts and I've posted to the forums there too as to how to create horizontal submenus but no replies yet. :( Most of the menus though I've seen with that sorta layout displays vertical menus. :( Again, thanks :)

Actually I have used some scripts from bratta to accomplish just what your looking for. What I had to do was take a pre-written script, and modify it a little. the work wasn;t hard....but you should be at least a little familiar with JS and DHTML to get it done. If I have some time I'll see if I can reproduce that menu for you.

The link to the Bratta menu which I've used for my page is located here - http://www.bratta.com/dhtml/howtos/coolmenus/example1.html
I used that example to configure it for my own site and an example page can be found here http://www.realmzone.com/test.html .
The reason why I would really like a horizontal submenu is that so the submenus will not block out any content that is laid out below the menus. That is why I would like to have something like the menu Patogonia has. I guess it doesn't really matter whether it is in js or dhtml.
I'm really quite a newbie to dhtml and js but I know enough to configure a script to do what I need. However, I don't know enough to change a script to do something other than what it was made for. That is why I am hoping that you pros out there can help. :) I would really, really be very grateful. :)
