Banner ad sponsors for incentive based sites?

Hi,
Most of the banner ad sponsors do not accept sites which encourage or ask users to click on banners. I am currently building a site with exactly the same model. That is, users will be asked to click on banners (like the free online lottery sites). Where can I get banner ad sponsors for such a site?

Do you mean you would like to place text below a banner e.g. 'support us by visiting our sponsors'

or do you want to make users click on your banners before they can enter?

I am looking for a banner ad company that accepts "Please Click here to ...<something>" where something could be "support us" or "earn points" or "donate to charity" etc. Any suggestions? What do these free lotto sites, incentive sites like MyPoints, Qool and NetFlip use?
