WOW!! alot of colour there mate, maybe you should colour code your site a bit more using less colours.

your validation (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fvspb.vs.moe.edu.sg%2F) Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on lines 1, 34 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication. everything else looks good though, i like the nav bars.

good job there, Joe

pretty good

one problem is this that on the navbar section some of the links were a greyish color which strained the eyes, while the other links did not strain the eyes.

overall though good job man!:rocker:

that white looks perfect, the only other mod i would suggest is on your scrollbar picking another color for the track color on the scrollbar, a color on the track color would make a much needed seperation from scrollbar and page.

a color on the track color would make a much needed seperation from scrollbar and page. i disagree with that, keeping the track colour the same as the page colour looks good, no offence mate but thats my opinion.

i think maybe cutting out that purple colour on your heading bars, making them the same colour as the bar on the left, the blue gradient.

also the font colours, stick to one or two colours. less is more ;)

good luck, Joe

we will have to agree to disagree.........

maybe it depends on the colors employed

and personal preferences.

If it were me, I'd get rid of the scrolling arrows on the left-hand menu. I wasn't paying attention when the page loaded (clicked link and went afk), and my mouse was over one of the arrows. When I got back I saw no links, and the arrows didn't seem to do anything. After I refreshed, I saw that you don't have to scroll to see everything. And it doesn't seem like there is a stop to how far it will go. If you leave your mouse over the up arrow for 1 minute, you have to put your mouse over the down arrow for 1 minute to get it back.

I think the light purple should go. You should replace that with another color that appears elsewhere on the page (grey or light blue). Too many colors as is. Otherwise it looks pretty sharp.

The search box is now larger. Thanks for the tip Collado008!

The scrolling arrows have gotta stay for the reason that the menu items can be expanded and once expanded, take up more and more space. I have however, coded the flash such that the scrolling will stop and cater to the menu items specificly, so no more endless scrolling.. Thanks AaronCampbell.

And there is no more purple on the menu.. YEY!
