Is there, could there be, what about, what I'm really looking for...

Is a way to accept via a form entries for an on-line contest. The information to be stored and on a given date, a random winner be picked. Than, just to make it interesting, I would like the script to recognize whether or not the entrant opted for recieving the newsletter or reminders for future contests. Take a look at the site. it is a local on-line restaurant guide which I am slowly starting to promote in the local community. http://www.harfordeats.com I actually had 21 visitors today and 5 signed up for the drawing.
