I often find it difficult to get tech support from bigger companies. Due to the overwhelming amount of e-mails they get from they're members, they cannot keep up.

I registed 30 mins ago Sh*& ...:(

But I think all i need is the server never down , stuffs like freecgi , stas , mail , ect i don't care , I just want a fast server and unretricted cgi-bin (or asp)

I've thought and afraid about what you said , but i think 90% support is just for people who new to web . Right , i've never regist a domain before but i tried >20 freewebhosts and have asked for support , they're free but they're fast too . I'm from VN so find a host like yours is too hard , I just search on the web and compare them , I have no i advice or something like that except some reviews for them which I don't know that is it true ? Ok whatever , these will be my experiences :)

Proud to be here , thank you all :)

Although I agree with you... hosting with a smaller company gives better support, I have to say I have heard some good things about catalog.com.

I've been hosting with Catalog for about 2 years. When I first got started with them, their support did definitely suck. They have improved considerably over the past several months. I will continue to do business there as I have one pay domain (shopping cart, etc.) but I have 3 others that are being hosted for free. If you register your domain thru them (they are an ICANN registrar), they will give you free hosting permanently. If you need to transfer a domain, they charge $99 and still give you the free hosting. For everything you get, 1 email, 1 forward, 20MB disk, scripting, and a 3 item shopping cart, who can *****. If you need more elaborate hosting, NT, Unix with eCommerce, etc. their prices are unbeatable...
I would highly recommend them, especially if you don't need any in-depth support. If you decide to transfer, or newly register and take advantage of their service, please use this link https://ssl.catalog.com/forms/reseller.cgi?src=SRC2386. Once you get signed up you can register as an affiliate and get credit back for referrals as well. Hope this help. Feel free to email me if you would like any more info.
