Advice required please

Hi,

I have a client that has made a specific request that I am
not too sure about. The description may be a bit long
winded but please bare with me.

Client would like to display to all visitors a catalogue
of all their products with details on the website.
A link of some sort on each product would allow them to
search for a local stockist using postcodes.

For visitors that have joined their club through the site
they will allow them to have access to purchasing
(specific items only)from the catalogue online.=:O

Does anyone know of any software package that would
allow this or would it be too complex for something
off the shelf so to speak?
