Help Needed Badly

Hi,I'm new.Anyways....

I donwloaded this program called Swish.It's like Flash but much much easier.Anyways the files save as .swi not .swf So if anybody knows about this could they help me to find a server to upload my flashs too?

Also does anybody know any flash tutorials?
