or by knowing how to convert hex to binary and decimal and how ASCII works. binary to hex isn't hard. Thats what computer engineering in school is all about converting code, and fooling around with lego robots that drive off the table and blow up and then you cry your eyes out...

Keep in mind that this line of hex is little else than a huge number, unless you know in what character encoding it's written and how many bits each character occupy :) ASCII is so old. God knows what this might say in the different UTF encodings ;)
