View Full Version : Want to purchase Ready-made websites?
There are ready-made websites available at http://www.dotsndashes.com/rtw.html ... this is the best way to get a low cost website plus you get to choose from a variety of designs without having to pay for extra design options.

Please put this post in the spam box.
I didn't know I couldn't post something like this. I looked over the whole board and there were lots of people offering their services. I'm sorry if I have broken any rule and this is spam while those messages are not.

This particular forum is for offering and finding jobs whether paid or unpaid. It is NOT for selling stuff!!!
Now I am definitely confused. Finding jobs? Meaning you can offer your services ... isn't that the same thing as selling your services ... just put differently. My ready-made websites are part of my service offerings. I customize them for my clients ... in other words a job I do for them. So doesn't this constitute as trying to find a job.
So please someone let me know if this post is ok or if I should delete it?

Hmmm...
This is one of those gray areas. Paying Jobs & Barters is OK for posting help wanted, résumés ,and for selling one's skills, however the site in question is selling a pre-made product. This is the one category, that in a way, invites the solicitation of one's skills.
I think it's time to establish a category precedent. From here on in, the this category is ok to post your skills, it is ok to post your résumé, and it is ok to post for help, but no pre-made products or services. I'll leave this post here so others can see these rules until I can create official forum guidelines and link them from the forum (seems this is now long overdue). However, I will close the thread.
Don't worry erum, half these guys have been moved to the spam box at one point (it happens to the best of us) :D
P.S. Great argument, in a way I agree with you:

This is the second toughest thread that I've had to close, the first being here: http://www.htmlforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=2427
