we started with A&B - then were asked for B&C
but we got D&E - so what are we supposed to do:

Let's forget the earlier posts and try to follow the rules - Since we have E&F, the next one should be F&G.

Well actually you don't win. The song is known as either the Mighty Quinn (typo by the person who put it before) or also known as Quinn the Eskimo. The person should have just put the latter of the 2 as to not confuse anyone.
