Embedding .mp3 files

I've got windows media and real player down but am unsure how to embed .mp3. I have reviewed many a articles on this and haven't come across a straight answer. The reason I ask is because I want use and compare .wma/.rpm against straight .mp3. Any info would be appreciated.

You can add MP3's into Flash movies and embed them in the page.
