too much or too little ???

Im thinking of using this for my new layout, but do you think i should keep working on it or have i done enough?

The top text and the inside white square doesn't look good.

Possibly change the black outline of the rounded corner square to a greenish colour to blend in with the rest? And lose the dividing line inside the square, or make it straight and lose the rounded corners of it (top and bottom).

Looks good to me, BS. You might want to close up some of the whitespace between the top image and the text box, though. That should help draw things together better. You could change the colour of it, I suppose, but not to green. That would make the title image look out of place. Purple might work, a dark purple.

I havent looked at it for a few hours, and i agree about the dividing line - those curves are going.

I might change the colour of the top image too to slightly differant shade.

But i still feel something isn't quite right - is it just me? or has anyone else got any ideas?

Seems like there is just too much space between the Barking sheep writing at the top and the rest of the design... there's a big white space with nothing in there...

Maybe think of making a classier logo instead of the plain black writing you have there... Would go better with the design of the rest of the site.
