cgi script to create folder

I need a cgi script that will take the value entered in one of the fields on a form and create a folder on my ftp server with that name.

I am sure it could be writen for you at a cost effective price especially if it as simplistic sounding as you described.

Coupel of questions you might like to include the answers too should you email:

1) Type of sever (shared or dedicated)
2) Will it only be used by you or will others have access to it?
3) How soon would you like it to be completed.
