Hey everybody!
Please see if you can help me with this one:
I made an HTML-email. Send it and was received. The receiver sees the email in the example-area in the bottom part of Outlook. When he clicks on a link, a pop-up-window opens with a Flash-animation. That's what I intended to happen. So far, so good :)
But the problem is, that at the same time the pop-up-window appears, also the browser comes up with the page that I send by email. And this browser starts on top of the pop-up-window, so people can't see my Flash-animation anymore.
How can I stop this browser from coming up?
I hope somebody understands my question and can offer some help.
THNX!

Hi, I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but I did have a question myself. Is the flash animation attached "in-line" to the email, or is the link a pointer to another website that hosts the the animation?

I'm asking because I am trying to attach an HTML page to an email, and have a link in the email itself that points to the attached HTML page. The desired effect being that when the user clicks the link, a new browser window opens up displaying the attached HTML page.

Is this possible, an if so how would I go about doing it?

Thanks.

Hi there Roentje,

It would be helpful if you could attach the relevent html code that you have used for the email.
I am sure one of the resident Gurus will then be able to solve your problem :D

what code did you use in the html page to open the pop up? i figure that you used a javascript; but the return actio n of the script depends on which methods you use.
