I've never personally used the popuptraffic program, however I have seen it used widely, and have not heard complaints about payment issues from them, which is a good sign.

However they only pay $3 per 1000 pops, which is low. There are currently a few sponsors that pay $5 per thousand. Check out: http://www.123webmaster.com/Commerce_Center/Sponsors/Pop_Ups/ for some information on these other sites.

Yes, I've been with them quite some time. They pay and their stats page is great. They have both popups which pay $3 cpm and pop behind $2 cpm I think. I dont know what pop behind is, I think the popup window pops up behind the website. You can use both.

Well I think I will jump ship from popuptraffic now! They're main advertiser is Z Media, and they took a pretty big window for the ad. Well recently the ad just about doubled its size! And the popup window has advertising in it!

Can you imagine? Advertising in advertising? What people do to make a quick buck. Thats my two cents!
