How to set up a site with a secure form?

I am new to e-commerce and don't know what I need to do to set up a form that will accept credit card and shipping info, transmit it securely to the server and e-mail the info from the form to my client to process manually. Could somone walk me through the steps please?

I only know HTML.

Writing the code for creating a form is only part of it.

Having the ability to accept credit card transactions will require merchant status with your bank.

The most simple way would be to accept payments via paypal.
