I have a Home Page in English, and I want to have the same HP in Japanese and Hebrew, how do I do it?
What are the techniques?

Well ther are two ways:

1.
You use a software program like Babble-Fish from Altavista Inc. to translate your page through it scripting program.

2.
You get someone to translate the page for you.

I think it is best to use a human to translate most things for the basic reason that most software programs don't know the implications or effects of the traslation, which can mean some trouble for you if your not careful. (There's nothing worse then calling your client a bad name when you were trying to help them...). The choice is yours alone however.

BTW, I can translate your site into hebrew if you'd like. ;)
