Hello, my name is Josh and this is my first big site that I have developed. It's also my first registered domain. Please take a look and tell me what you think. I am open to any constructive critisism as well as compliments. Thanks Josh.

Well, it's not so much about being complimentary, so much as being respectful of the effort you put into this. You have friends for compliments and us to get you down to business:)
So, in that spirit:
The buttons have potential, but they don't work right. Sometimes they all light up, or don't light up at all.
I like the pyramids theme, but I don't understand the relationship to the topic. Dimension? There is a vague line underneath each image that looks like a URL--nix it.
Try changing the background to black and the text to something lighter. This site is perfect for dark, bad boy, colors. Check out some of the gaming sites. I just love looking at them, but wouldn't normally think of using one for a business--this is different though.
I like the catch phrase "Performance for your hunger, Reality for your dreams, Satisfaction for your addiction". Find a JavaScript that will cycle each phrase in and out. I do it on the top of my site (rankexec.com), I like it, don't know if anyone else does.
You don't need to say "Welcome...", it's a given.
I wouldn't normally say this, but the page, because of the topic, screams for action. I steel...er...get my ideas for JavaScript from these sites--it may give you some ideas--it's easy to go overboard, so don't.

Also, don't be apologetic on any of your pages. Show them the money or don't show it at all. I used to do it too just to see what it would look like published, but don't. People will see it and think, "Well, guess they're not ready for me..." <-BACK
I've posted this a couple times today and I'm still curious, is it appropriate to put a Home page button on the Home Page? I say NO. Even Fortune 500 companies do it and if I have to march to Washington to have it stopped, I will!!!
But I digress.
Drop the About to the bottom of the menu. The verbage is good, but the font is too big. Throw in a picture of your store. If it's ugly, throw in a picture of someone else's store and use a graphics tool to change the sign--did I say that? You can just say its your virtual store, not your real one. Make sure there are nice shiney bikes, ATVs, whatever, out front, people like sparklies, and no people, unless you can find an underwear model---ooops, I digress again.
Probably don't want a whole page dedicated to one contact. Set up several email addresses: sales@dimension.com, parts@dimension.com, service@dimension.com, talktothepres@dimension.com and info@dimension.com. Have them all point to you. Size matters.
Ah funny! Went to news and you have the sex sells thing and your looking for models. I thought maybe my comment was not PC..great, we're on the same page. Maybe I should send you my picture. You may want to see if you can get some of your buddies drunk, dress them up in lingerie and get them on the site. People love that stuff and can't wait to see what shannagins will happen next:) Stick with the model thing too though--we know how much they love dirt bike's;)
Nix the Gallery and CRX page until you have photos, though I can't imagine those would be hard to come by. I want you to have a button that will play the throaty sound of that monster V8...please. Make sure you make the photos exactly the size they will be on the page. Don't make the browser resize it.
Stick with it. I'm going to have my site up for review in a couple days, it'll be your opportunity to kick my teeth in.
You do have a really great topic to work with and if you spend some time you could really go to town with it. Again, if you want to see good examples for this type of site look at gaming sites. I suspect other ma and pa shops that do Motorsports are lame and set a bad example (I used to work IT in the trucking industry and the best site in the industry was, well, pathetic).
Hope that helps. Don't sweat it, just work it.

A couple of quick things off my head...
As the previous poster stated... this would definately be a great site for a dark color scheme!
Your main logo appears like 7 times (not including the background. I would leave your logo at the top, and then change the buttons to be a little more fitting to what they represent. (ie: the contact image could be a phone)
Also.. I read that your message boards are hopping, but I couldnt find your message board?
Good base to start from :)

I would un-link the logo on the top left to go back home. You already have a "home" button. Lots of your logos too, like another said. Try reducing the size of your fonts, though that may make the page look a little sparce due to the small amount of text that is on the site. Someone once told me that centering of text is "unprofessional" but I don't know about that. Take it for what's it's work. Personally I like it left justified. It seems like you did do that on one page, but on another, it's centered. Make all pages follow a certain style. Try left justifying all pages or centering all pages, not both. Also, I believe there will be a horizontal scrollbar for users using less than 1024x768 resolution. Try making the site "liquid" or able to resize to fix other resolutions (so use % instead of fixed pixels). I think you can also find a way to fit all the information on one screen, i.e. trying to lose the vertical scroll bar as well.
