Alternative Online Payment system

hi guys! im looking for an alternative payment system that will replace the credit card payment system since not everyone in the world has one, and is wiling to give it online. Its for the web services on my site at www.quazardesigns.net , based here in the Philippines. Does the PayPal system really work? Western Union Money Transfer? I have a Filipino associate located in Chicago, USA. Could he accept payments for me thru his US bank account? Any other suggestions would be appreciated. :)

I use PayPal frequently. You can accept payments and also credit cards (if you have a business account such as i do).
They are trustworthy (I usually have around $1000US in my account) and I have never had a problem with them.

If you are looking for a third party credit card processor, check out http://www.2checkout.com and/or http://www.paysystems.com . Both have their good and bad points.
