Hi Patsion,

What kind of database are you looking for? What type of information are you looking to store?

Hi Jason,
It a data base containing hotel listings by area and date, and an event guide by date and location.

Hi Pat,
There is no such thing as an idiot-proof database script.
The data doesn't matter -- a database is a database is a database.
Do you have cgi rights? Without them, you won't be able to run anything.
Do you know php or asp?
Do you have an NT or Unix server.
What dbms do you intend to use (access, mySQL, etc)?
Vinny

Hi Patsion,

I've been searching around for some decent remotely hosted databases, but alias none are to be found. I assume bu your post that you aren't great with perl? Dbman by http://www.gossamer-threads.com is probably the simplest database to set up, but it still requires some perl knowledge. If you aren;t able to do it yourself, I believe they will install it for a fee.
