online database without asp?

I am trying to create a database for a guestbook/directory that will post the entries alphabetically by Last Name. I have tried to use guestbooks that are available online, but they will not alphabetize by last name for me. Any help will be appreciated. Respond to: divinglocker@hotmail.com

Hi Scott,

To do what you want you need rights to save the data on the server -- I don't think tripod provides those rights. If you do have rights, though, and you want to see a javascript database, check out the "Rolodex" scripts at my site: GrassBlade (http://members.aol.com/grassblad)
