how to make onclick text block?

i'm trying to make a block of text appear when user clicks on a image (or just onMouseOver), basically like what image ALT does, just that it won't disappear after 5 seconds

an example of what i'm trying to do can be seen at http://www.livescore.cz when clicked on the soccer ball icon

You are going to have to use DHTML layers. Check out the source code, it's all there.
